Seraphina waved to Drexel as he entered the room, offering a small smile. "That's Calix. He's staying with us for a while." but that was all she got in before Callaghan stormed in.
"Callaghan, Drexel, welcome." Rucian nodded toward Drexel and then settled his emerald gaze on Callaghan, listening to his broken rant. When he refused to calm himself, Rucian spoke. "While I'm sure I can assume who you are requesting to bring to their death, I must ask you to formally state whom it is." Rucian glanced at Callaghan's hands and moved his tea cup into his hands.

Drexel looked over at Calix who looked like he was getting ready to bolt from the room. He motioned for Calix to stop, and so Calix did. Instead of speaking, he took a seat at the table, his eyes glittering with amusement as he watched his older brother get passed some tea.
Callaghan grunted in anger and lifted the tea to his mouth, taking a sip. Drexel decided to explain. "We ran into Rorik, Rucian." The amusement washed from Drexel's face, and he looked at Rucian with a neutral expression. "Of course, at first it was the same old tension between the two. But then..."
"He taunted me," Callaghan looked up, staring straight into Rucian's eyes. "Rorik taunted me, Rucian."
"Rorik mentioned something about Callaghan's previous bondmate." Drexel said, very quietly. "I didn't hear much of it." But he felt it. "Why don't you take another drink?" Even if his offer seemed innocent, Drexel had a small smirk.
Callaghan shot him a warning glance before taking another sip of tea anyways. He took a swallow and then added quietly, "He mentioned that it is the anniversary of her death. And then said-"
"Such a pity, is it not?" Drexen copied Rorik's voice, which may or may not have sounded like him.
Callaghan's face turned dark. "He deserves to die."

"Ah. That certainly puts things into perspective." Rucian nodded- then stopped as he heard what Rorik had said. His face grew dark for a moment, frozen in the typical neutrality it always was. It was eerily calm, as it usually was when he was angry- which could only be sensed by those who knew him well. His gaze fell direclty into Callaghan's eyes knowingly, if Callaghan would meet his gaze, then he would nod his head apologetically. "I am sorry for his disrespect. That was extremely rude and out of line. I shall....speak with him on the matter."
Seraphina shifted uncomfortably, feeling the echoing feeling of repulse and anger shifting through the bond. It was a dangerous feeling that burned through her veins, igniting her already building anger. She wanted to skin Rorik alive, to shred what was left of his soulless body and burn the pieces. He must have been extremely angry to have let it radiate through to her- even if it was on accident and her anger was already apparent. Her hand met his under the table and she laced their fingers together, not caring if anyone noticed.
At the mention of Rorik, Khalida began paying a lot more attention, her eyes locked on those speaking, her own anger flaring up. She couldn't hold her tongue any longer as they spoke.
"What an asshole! That useless, no good, sorry ass excuse of a Verengeith deserves to die.." she hissed and Seraphina shot her an unreadable look.
"However," Rucian continued, his voice edgier now, sharper, as if knives formed from his words as soon as they spoken from his lips. "While he is unpleasant and quite distasteful, not to mention repulsive in his actions, I cannot allow his death for such reasons. Many people are unpleasant and we often disagree with them- whether it be for personal reasons or other reasons- and many times we are hurt. All I can do is apologize for his misconduct and terrible behaviour- and comfort you, my friend. I'm sorry." Rucian apologized- and even if it wasn't his fault, he gave a meaningful gaze, an apologetic glance that he hoped could show for the briefest of moments through his typical look of neutrality.

(His name is Drexel but I keep calling him Drexen XD)
Drexel smirked up at the red haired pixie, his eyes slid to Rucian and then over to Callaghan. He watched his partner's anger slowly slide away to be replaced with nothing. His own brows came together. More than likely, Callaghan would have a nightmare tonight. Rorik run-ins usually resort to that. Openly, Drexel reached across the table and grabbed Callaghan's hand, threading his fingers with his brother's.
"Of course," Callaghan murmured, which sounded a lot like defeat. Drexel's heart squeezed tightly. Even if Callaghan was agreeing with Rucian, he could still sense the anger burning beneath his layers of cover-up, but Drexel knew that Callaghan respected Rucian too much to outright disagree with him.
Slowly, Drexel stood up and wrapped his arms around Callaghan, nuzzling him. "Gods, Kit Kat," Callaghan murmured, moving uncomfortably then he looked back to him. "Must you always be so touchy?"
"Yes, Callacat," Drexel purred and pushed his face into Callaghan's back. Then, Drexel moved Callaghan to a seat and stretched, a bright grin on his face. "Now that matters have been settled, I want to know who that cutie is, and who this cutie is," Drexel motioned to Khadila, smirking lightly. "Calix, right? Come over here~ Let's have a nice little hate Rorik party."
Blushing deeply, Calix slowly made his way over to them. "I-I would like to point out, I don't know who Rorik is, not personally."
"You can join the neutral party, that one person right there," Drexel pointed at Rucian.
"Be more respectful," Callaghan sighed. "I raised a barbarian."
"I am respectful, right, your great, and honorable majesty?" Drexel bowed low to Rucian.

(LOL just don't call him Braxin XD caus Bray, Bram & Drexel = Braxin LOLOL)
Rucian cast a playful glance back at Drexel and gave a sigh, "I would suppose so, Drexel. Callaghan, I do hope you and your Bondmate will stay a while longer, here let me introduce you to our guests. Calix is this young man here," Rucian motioned toward Calix respectfully and moved his eyes to Khalida, "And this-"
"My name is Khalida. And while I'm sure..." Khalida started to say, but realizing she was speaking out loud, she averted her gaze to the floor and away from all people who would try and meet her gaze, "That...A hate party for that bastard sounds like a time to be had by all and not an experience I'd want to miss, I'll pass, thank you." her cheeks burned with embarrassment. She really didn't like speaking in front of many people..
"Oh come onnnnn Khalida." Seraphina sighed, "Sit down and enjoy the hate party. You of all people should hate him the most." she scuffed and Khalida blubbered for a minute before defiantly plopping down next to the only open seat next to Calix. She crossed her arms over her chest and let her bangs fall in her face, keeping her gaze down and her face hidden.
"Hmmm. Being 'touchy' isn't a bad thing at all. In fact..." Rucian commented and raised his and Seraphina's intertwined fingers to kiss the back of her hand. "I quite enjoy it myself." he cast a small smile to Seraphina who rolled her eyes.
He knew very well he wasn't often in a touchy mood and when he was, it was difficult to get him to not be. One of those moments was now, it seemed. She didn't object to it, however.

(LOLOL ohogod)
Calix stared down at his lap, feeling extremely out of place. Drexel smirked up at Rucian, and then he plopped his bum down in the seat that he had claimed. "See? Callaghan? Even Rucian likes it. So cuddle me, damn it." He scooted over in the seat to be closer to Callaghan, and then he wrapped his arms tightly around him and pushed his face into Callaghan's neck.
A sigh left Callaghan. "See what you started?" He looked took a sip of his tea and then leaned his head against Drexel. "Cuddling was easier when you were smaller than me."
Chuckling, Drexel pulled away and gave his attention towards Calix and Khalida. "How old is Calix? I have a feeling that Khalida is around my age."
Calix blushed deeply and stared at his lap. "I-I am two-hundred and f-forty-seven."
"Aw!" Drexel leaned over and wrapped his arms around Calix. "He's a little baby!" He rubbed Calix's head, which didn't help with Calix's blush.
"Drexel," Callaghan murmured, and immediately, Drexel let go to look at him. "He's half your age."
"Which means he's still a little baby, and he's cute," Drexel grinned. His eyes flickered over to Khalida, and he rested his elbow on the table. "So, why is the little baby here, and why is Khalida here? Not counting being here for the hate party, which she was so eager to join." He chuckled at his own joke.
Callaghan bumped him, warning him to be a little nicer.

Rucian leaned closer to Seraphina to plant a kiss on her forehead and she tucked her head under his head for a moment in an embrace as Rucian murmured something the others couldn't hear. His voice grew softer for a moment as lifted her head by her chin, his fingers leaving feather light trails on the flesh of her neck as he craned her neck so he could press his forehead to hers. His hair fell for a moment to form a curtain to their faces and in the moment he would plant a kiss on her lips, giving a bright smile in return to her.
"I am three hundred." Khalida stated quietly, but loud enough for others to hear. She still averted her eyes. "As for your hate party- I'd rather not talk about it."
Rucian straightened up as Seraphina pulled away and sat up straight. "Calix is here to learn from the King about bonds and Bondmates but I'm not sure why Khalida is here."
Khalida shifted slightly upon hearing her name and gave an annoyed sigh. "I was here to...To ask you something, Seraphina. But seeing as you're busy, I should just leave. I don't want...To be a bother.."
Rucian watched with interest as Khalida spoke, his gaze flickering to Seraphina. He knew exactly why Khalida was here- and it was a little surprising she had swallowed her pride as much as she had to actually come here. However, there was a bit of a problem with asking in front of others, so he didn't object.
"You're not...Here, we can go and talk somewhere else." Seraphina assured and stood, Khalida following behind her as they left the room.

A look of confusion passed Drexel's face as he watched the two of them leave. He glanced over at Callaghan and gave a small smile, "She's a bit of a baby too. I thought she was closer to my age. I suppose it's because she acts older." He glanced over at Calix who looked like he wanted to just get up and leave too. Now he was trapped with two strangers and Rucian. He cheeks were bright red. "Calix-Oh! How terrible of me, my name is Drexel, and this here is Callaghan."
Callaghan gave Calix a small wave, he then pulled up his feet on the chair, sipping at his tea. He lifted his eyes to Rucian, amusement glittering his gaze. "It's not often you're so touchy. You must be sad that Khalida took Seraphina away from you."
"They're really cute," Drexel smiled brightly.
"You haven't said hello to Seraphina either, Kit Kat," Callaghan murmured. He handed his empty tea cup to Drexel, leaving it up to him to fill it back up.
"I know!" Drexel frowned and poured a cup for Callaghan before handing the cup back to Callaghan. "It's unfair, Callaghan. Rucian hogs all the cuties! First he hogs Seraphina, preventing me from giving her a proper hello, and then he hogs the newbies too!" A grin lifted his lips, and Drexel looked up to Rucian.
"You wouldn't share me," Callaghan murmured.
Drexel's amusement slipped away as he thought of what Callaghan said. "No." Drexel gave Rucian a challenging smirk, as if Rucian would steal Callaghan away. "I wouldn't." Callaghan nudged him. Drexel turned to look at Calix. "Name us from oldest to youngest." Drexel pointed between the three of them.
"U-Um," Calix blushed deeply. "Ru-the King, C-Callaghan, a-and you, Drexel."
A frown pressed Drexel's lips. "They always think you're older, Callaghan."
"It's because I am," Callaghan murmured.
"How'd you know?" Drexen smiled brightly at Calix.
Calix dipped his head and shrugged. Because both Rucian and Callaghan scare me. And you don't really scare me.

"Hmmm. Incredibly. There are moments when I simply want to enjoy what is mine- but I must be mindful that as much as I know she is mine I am very much hers." Rucian shrugged, "However, with this incredible sadness coursing through my veins, I might just summon her back early from her little chat." Rucian gave a tiny smirk. He was becoming really playful as of recently. It wasn't often he got to see Callaghan, his oldest friend. "And If you think for a minute that I'm sharing Seraphina with anyone," Rucian said calmly, his own eyes reflecting the look Drexel cast his way, "I'm afraid I have some bad news to share because I will never share her." he stated with a smirk and returned his face to the neutral expression.
"Hmmm...Once the two others return, I have a favor I need to ask of you. Someone has been extremely interested in the illegal matters that I've noticed. No one special, but there are too many for Seraphina to take out on her own." Rucian said quietly, hoping Callaghan and Drexel would understand what he meant. Not that he wanted to scare Calix any further, however. "But those matters we will discuss soon. Calix, after the discussion, I will be able to train you, if you'd like."

Callaghan's eyes were playful. While his face held the same lack of expression as Rucian, he was feeling quite mischievous too. Only when Rucian spoke of the favor did the amusement fall away and he dipped his head in a small nod. "I wouldn't mind at all, but I was hoping to spend more time with my friend." Callaghan set his tea down and glanced over at Calix. "Have you and Seraphina decided to adopt this little one?"
Calix's spine straightened. "U-Um," his cheeks were still red--what a shocker. "T-Training sounds good. A-And no, th-they're just helping me out." He looked down at his lap. That was the safest place to look, especially with frightening people so close to him.
"Hmmm," Drexel cooed. "You two are scaring him." A pout pressed Drexel's lips and he pulled Calix close, petting his head as a parent would to a crying child. "That would be cute idea. We should go to an orphanage and adopt a child."
"I have enough trouble with you," Callaghan's eyes were playful once again.
"Aw," Drexel smirked and let go of Calix, leaving him to fret with his hair, embarrassment burning brightly in his veins. "Well, Rucian, if you would rather, could Seraphina and I just handle it? That way you two can spend more time together."
"You would willingly be away from me for all that time?" Callaghan said playfully, but then his face turned serious. "You must be careful, Drexel."
"I always am," Drexel smiled softly, looking over at his bondmate. He leaned over and wrapped his arms around Callaghan.
