Scott glanced up, expecting to see a squabble between the two. Instead... his brows popped up. "What is wrong with Kenneth, why is P-" He paused and blinked. That... was that Patch? No. The gait was different. Slightly different. And the frown tight on the man's face was a lot different than Patch's own 'careless' demeanor. He raised to his feet and quickly escaped the table, his heart quickening in slight childish fear at seeing his father figure passed out.
The midget that rushed towards them made Robert hesitate. He glanced over at the man, wondering for a moment why he was so jolly even if Robert practically knocked his head off. In moments, the midget was right there. "What happened?" The small man said, breathless. Golden eyes shifted from the man between them, to the father.
"He tried to drag me somewhere, and I thought he was a pervert, so I hit him. With a wrench." Robert said dryly, his eyes searching the people around them for someone who looked like a slaver, or someone who looked like his brother.
Scott shot Anderson a confused glance before he glanced around. "Set him on the ground somewhere, I'll check for a-a-a concussion--" He paused and looked at Robert. "Who are you?"
"A person," Robert said, unhelpfully.

If it was any help to Robert, his brother was very likely seated somewhere by Alec. If they were sitting outside and the place was a restaurant, then Patch was perhaps browsing the menu with his usual careless expression. He set the menu down as his gaze turned to Alec, maybe, if the isoke was nearby. "Hey, I'm not really that hungry. Do you just want to share something?" A light smile curled his lips. "Or are you gonna order everything from the menu again?"
Anderson had tuned out on much of Scott's and Robert's words until he briefly registered Scott's recommendation, and perhaps noticed the boy's confusion. If there was perhaps a bench or vacant seat nearby, the older ketsuki opted to drag his son towards it. To Scott, he said, "Kenneth must have seen this young man being harassed. And since said young man looks an awful lot like Patch, felt inclined to help. But today, my son learned a lesson in humility that I certainly couldn't teach him myself," he mused. Obviously, he wasn't angry or remotely concerned about Robert had done.

A grin spread across Alec's lips and he shyly peered at the human. "If we share something I'm going to end up eating it all--and it wasn't everything." He laughed and set the menu down, turning it towards Patch so he could see. "If you wanted, we could get this," he pressed a finger to one foot item, "and this appetizer?" He pointed to another.
Almost as if he had been planning on Patch to ask.
Robert helped the other ketsuki with his son, and perhaps they reached the bench and he sort of tried to help lay the passed asshole on the bench. Straightening up, he gave the father another curious glance. What sort of father wasn't angry when his son was knocked out cold? Perhaps the sort of father that was so done with his son's shit.
"Ugh, Kenneth..." Scott muttered, quickly moving to Kenneth's head and checking him for injuries. "Anderson, he's probably going to be out for a while-"
"Oh, you're fucking kidding me." Robert finally spotted him. Right there. Next to that blue-headed toad. It clicked. "That fucking--oh, oh no." He pointed towards the couple and shot an angry glance towards Anderson. "That Alec? You're shitting me! My brother isn't in a relationship with that little shit, is he? I swear to God," Robert fumed.

Patch considered for a moment, only to give a curt nod of approval. "I guess that's fine. You don't need to worry about getting fat, but at least with all the walking, I can burn off the calories." Oh to be human.. He propped his arm up on the table and lulled his chin against his hand. He smirked lightly. "Are you going to get a dessert too?"
"Your brother?" Anderson echoed. His attention was divided between Kenneth, Scott, and Robert, so he was only processing a little bit of information. "Ah, I guess that would explain why you look so much like Patch. But mm, I was told the two have been going out for quite some time." He looked over at Patch and Alec with a soft smile. "And I actually think they're adorable together~"

With a laugh, Alec kicked his feet back and forth and said, "Maaaybe... Patch! don't ruin the surprise." He rested his head on his hands and glanced around for the waiter. "You wouldn't look bad being chubby--there's nothing wrong with fat." His bright orange eyes shimmered playfully. "You would be a good fat! Just think, everyone would be happy. Seth would feel better about himself, Jozi and Sage would love the warmth!"
"You don't understand," Robert began, and soon gave up. With a long breath through his nose, he tossed his wrench into the air and caught it in his hand. With that, he started stomping towards his brother.
Scott watched after him and then shot Anderson a look. "You knew? Well. I'm guessing you reacted... better than Kenneth had." A small smile pulled his lips and he turned his full attention on the man before him. He remembered all that time ago, delivering Elaine's child, and Kenneth there. He terrified him at first. "He should be fine. With just some bruising, and a wounded pride. But, I'll stick close to make sure he's fine." And stick close to avoid his brother, Sam, who he was still half-mad at. Damn it, Scott.
It didn't take long for Robert to reach his brother. Without a word, he yanked out a chair, plopped down, and threw his feet up on the table. A startled yelp left Alec and he shot to his feet. Confusion filled his bright, orange eyes.
Robert shot his brother a "I am so disappointed in you" glance and snarled, "Are you fucking kidding me, Pat?"

Smiling still, Anderson tried to rest his hand on Scott's shoulder. "Thank you, Scott, for taking care of him." He pulled away a moment later and stood. "I should probably get back to August and the little ones." His smile curled into a playful smirk. "And by little ones, I mean Clyde and Kaleb. Or, would you like me to stare here with you? In case you need help moving him somewhere else?"
Patch had been about to reply, but then they were interrupted. It hadn't been the stranger's sudden appearance that had shocked Patch from his seat, but his voice. The human had lept to his feet, his chair crashing back into the ground behind him. He started wide eyed. "Rob?" Patch inquired in a meek voice. "What.. what are you doing here?" And Patch was unable to fight the fierce wave of red that colored his cheeks. His brother had caught him with Alec..

A brighter smile pulled Scott's scarred lips. "If I need help, I can find Kasimir, or someone. He'll be fine. It isn't too cold out. Thank you, Anderson." He perhaps shifted Kenneth's head, very carefully, and rested it in his lap. "I'm sure your kids are wondering where you are." Scott's lips curled into a light smirk of his own.
The blush made Robert's brow craw up his forehead. "Who is-" Alec began.
"Shut it," Robert pointed a finger at the short toad, his eyes never leaving his brother. "You're so whiny, you know?" Shaking his head, Robert crossed his arms and said, "Really, Pat? Him? Of all fucking people on this shit world, you decide on him? I thought you were ace!" He let out an irritated grunt and glanced back towards Kenneth. "That shit over there mistook me for you. Kept telling me to return to a boyfriend I didn't have." Slowly his eyes slid back to Patch, and they softened lightly, with a little shred of hurt shining somewhere in them. "You kept this from me."

And with that, Anderson turned on his feet and made his way back to where he had been sitting previously. Cloudy can decide whether she wants to continue with Andy and the others.
"Probably because I haven't talked to you for some time," the younger brother murmured. Patch knelt down to lift his chair before he sat down again. "And I didn't know where you were to contact you anyway." The defiant teen folded his arms across his chest. "But a lot more than me having a boyfriend has happened anyway. But hey, Rob, it's nice to see you too. Want some lunch?"

Psh. We all know Clyde would probably be sleeping. But you know what would be cute? If baby Clyde fell asleep on Kaleb's lap, cutely cuddled up to him. And if Kaleb was putting cute paper-made bunny ears on his uncle while he slept. That would be cute.
Alec, still very unsure, remained standing. He glanced around for a moment before his eyes landed back onto this stranger--a stranger that Patch seemed to know well.
Sighing through his nose, Robert slid his feet off the table, and he slid the chair around so that he was next to his brother. And perhaps, maybe if Dibadoo wants, he leaned over and hugged his brother. "Alright. I guess I'm just in a bad mood... it's good to see you, Pat. I'm glad you're well." He perhaps pressed his nose into the side of Patch's head and pulled away enough to ask. "You're good, right? Happy? How is it going?"

When Robert hugged Patch, the little brother couldn't help but hug him back. Despite the anger a few moments ago, he couldn't help but let it go. "I'm fine," he said. "How have you been? Haven't gotten into any trouble, have you?" Patch paused for a moment when he remembered that Alec was indeed still at the table. His hazel gaze turned to the isoke, a sheepish smile curling his lips. "Oh, Alec. Uh, this is my brother, Robert. I think you met him a while back, but I don't think you knew it was him." How was he even going to explain that episode to Alec? Or how they both used the alias 'Patch' without explaining what they were? Ugh, this was all a mess.
