"Shh!" Kyru said, cutting off his brother's story. "Marry is coming."
"But I was thinking maybe a--ohhh!" The white-haired twin turned to look over at Marco and Percival. "Yeah! Don't tell him!" He turned and jogged over to Percival and Marco. Instead of embarrassing the captain and throwing himself on him, he decided to just jump up and down in front of Percival. "Are we going? Can we go? Please?"
"Actually, Kida, the captain here just said that he has a job for you," Percival frowned. "You should help him out."
"B-But," Kida frowned. "I... I wanted to help-"
"Shh!" Percival cut in, and then realized it was obvious he was telling Kida not to divulge something. "You can't let anyone else know we're going off the ship," Percival amended, trying to make it seem like it was a secret top mission for Kida. "Stay with Marco and keep an eye out for anyone who thinks we're missing."
Kida paused and watched Percival for a two moments.
If he were his brother, he wouldn't have fallen for it.
But he's not his brother.
A bright, wicked smile lifted Kida's lips. "Okay!"
Kyru crossed his arms and looked up at Kendall. "We're not really related. I found him stranded on an ice block."

Kendall couldn't help but smile at Kyru's comment. "Shh, don't be mean to your brother, Kyru," he mused, his voice as soft as ever. But his bright eyes flickered up as he caught sight of his captain approaching.
Marco stopped behind Kida, perhaps resting a hand atop the boy's head. Though, as usual, there was no smile to curl the captain's lips. But there was a small spark in his dark olive eyes, the closest the bitter pirate could get to a smile. "Kiya, I know Percy has left you a rather important mission, but I have a more important request to ask you. After all, the captain's orders trump those of a lazy pirate." It was a friendly tease, indicated by the way Marco glanced up at Percy, that spark growing for a moment before his gaze fell back down to the child. "Come on, Kida. Percy, remember to get back here as soon as you can." The captain's hard gaze drifted over to Kyru. "And you.. I don't know how many times I have to say this when we're here but don't steal* any food from the vendors. If you do, all three of you will be in charge of keeping an eye on Claus." It probably didn't sound that bad, but at the end of the day, it probably was. Especially since the ex-captain was very good at slipping away. "Now get going."
(*not that Kyru has done it before, Marco is just reminding him because he's Kyru. XD )

A grin filled Kyru's lips at Marco's warning. "But who would be so silly to just set up their food like that!?" He looked over to see Percival smirking. The happy mood--it made him want to grab Kida and start dancing with him. Happy moods, especially the captain's, was one of Kyru's favorte things, second to food.
"Ugh," Percival's grin vanished and for a moment he looked like a teenager boy who was told to clean his room. Or to clean the gucky dog yard. Shit. Yeah, looking after Claus was like picking up shit with your bare hands. "No. Kyru, no stealing. I'll buy you anything you want, within reasonable limits. The captain here doesn't pay us lazy pirates well." Percival sent Marco a smirk to tell him he was playing, too. "Anything but having to watch that-" Oh, the words he could say. Instead, he waved his hand in the air to tell everyone to insert their favorite adjective, because the ones he wanted to say weren't all too appropriate for children.
"Come on," Percival walked past Kendall, tousling his hair as he did so, and got off the ship. Kyru waved at Kida and Marco before bounding after him.
(So, how exactly is this Charlot thing going to go?)

(Maybe, Marco should give Kida his job first before heading down to the docks and then from there, he hears some commotion and goes to investigate?)
Marco watched as the three departed before turning his attention back to the white haired child. "Alright, Kida. I have a special job for you, alright?" He didn't wait for the child to answer. Marco had to get going, so the sooner he could get the child going, the sooner he could help his men with the cargo. "I need you to keep an eye on the guests we have, alright? You know who I mean, don't you? Keep an eye on them and make sure they don't come up to the deck. Tell them they need to stay in their room because they can't be seen by any other pirate here. Tell them that if they need something, you will ask someone else to get whatever it is they need. Do you understand, Kida?"

(Sounds great!)
Kida looked up at Marco, and then a smile grew on his lips. "You should have asked Kyru, he's a lot stronger than me, but I'll do my best!" He held up his sling shot and then held a mischievous smile. "It's perfectly understood. I'll serve you well, Captain Marry!" He dipped his head and then scrambled away, excited to boss people around, even if it frightened him slightly.
He would really rather have Marco or Kyru there with him, but this was an important job.

The pirate captain watched Kida scamper off before he decided it was time to return to his own duties. Following his crew, Marco wandered on off to the docks where he made sure the cargo was being unloaded and whether or not the new cargo was ready to be to be loaded. What was odd to him was that Claus had been strangely quiet that day, and strangely not in the way.Not that Marco cared, but he did just enough because the fickle yongrui was his responsibility. Shaking the thoughts away, the captain returned to his duties, hoping they could leave as soon as they could. With so many other pirates around the dock who would most certainly take advantage of the people traveling on Marco's ship around, Marco found himself growing rather paranoid. It felt as if someone was always watching, as if at any moment, they'd be discovered.
(Sorry for terrible post. But he is on the docks now, so you can start with Charlot and I'll have Marco wander on over)

Charlot hadn't gotten too far. He moved carefully and tried to seem at ease, but his pulse was racing. This was the goldmine for the Resistance, the place they wished to touch but was unable to find. The very wood looked as if they were illegal. His heart thundered lightly in his chest. Where would he go? How hard would it be to sneak on a ship?
A rough hand grabbed him from behind before yanking him back hard. Before Charlot could fight him, he felt a cold blade to his kneck. "Oy, I've been lookin for you," a gleeful voice curled in his ear in delight.
The murmur of other people watching the interaction rippled through the air. Charlot stared with wide eyes ahead of him. He heard Laurence growling beside him. He motioned for his dog to run off. Quickly, the dog turned and dashed away.
The pirate chuckled, "Charlot, is it? Well, lucky for me, you were right on time."
"Who are you?" Charlot growled, his eyes sharpening. What should he do? Teleport? Would he be able to get away? Not if the man yelled out that Charlot was a resistance member. He would be killed on the spot.
"You see, I don't like the Resistance, but I like getting paid. And they really want you." The pirate chuckled.
Charlot's eyes widened and then his brows crumpled in confusion. "What-why? What did I do?"
Laurence ran to where he spotted Marco. As soon as he did, he started barking at Marco, trying to catch the captain's attention.

Marco had been directing his men in an attempt to load and unload cargo onto the ship. 'his men worked and he directed them with orders, as the way things usually worked. He paused for a moment, alerted by the barking. It didn't take long for his olive eyes to catch sight of the dog. That was Charlot's, wasn't it? Something was wrong then.. Marco swore under his breath, cursing everyone for always taking advantage of the fact that he couldn't just leave people who were possibly in trouble alone. Why couldn't he just let them figure out their own problems?
Because that's just the way things worked..
"Hey," he called out to his quartermaster. The man immediately turned to his captain. "Take over here, I'll be right back. Make sure to hurry along."
"Aye, captain."
Marco paused for a moment, wondering if he had a weapon on him. The captain patted around until he was able to find a small revolver. It wasn't the best, but it was something. And with that done, the captain hurried off towards the dog. For a brief moment, he couldn't help but wonder if Claus had followed after Charlot and was doing something stupid. But Marco wasn't aware that Claus was actually on the deck of his ship, sulking over his own problems.

Laurence felt immense relief and quickly turned, leading Marco away in a rushed manner. Every now and then, Laurence would bark to make sure that the captain was following, moving back towards his partner.
Charlot had felt a knife at his throat before, but never before has he been so bewildered. The pirate behind him laughed at his question. "Like the hell I would know!" He kicked in Charlot's leg and forced him to the ground. "Now, like a good ol' boy, let me tie your hands-"
Anger fired through Charlot and he shot up, knocking the knife out of the pirate's hand. He raised his hand to bring a fist into the pirate's jaw, only to be thwarted by an electric shock that hit his body. In seconds, he was on the ground shuddering in pain.
The pirate stood over him, "Tsk..." He smirked lightly. "I do have a little message for you. They would like you to know that betrayal only lead to one thing. I wish they would just allow me to do it, to kill you. That would be the fun part. I wouldn't let you join your parents that easily. I'd drag it out-"
Charlot's eyes flashed with panic. Parents. "Only my mother is dead," he growled through his teeth.
"Oh! Silly me. That was the other part of the message. Your father? He's dead and gone too. Starved to death or something in a cell. Terrible death, really. He was only supposed to be held there till you returned. Looks like getting you took longer than they thought." A cruel smirk wrapped around the pirate's lips as he watched the Resistance member's will and resolve begin to fall and crumble. "Aw, are you going to start crying?"
The pirate had no sympathy. He was in it for the money. Jeering might be cowardly, but he didn't like the Resistance, traitors or not. But if he could get paid and guaranteed freedom, he'd lick a dog's ass if he had to.
(BTW Laurence probably has lead Marco to the scene by now sorry for this shitty ass disgusting post.)

Join the club of orphans, Charlot.
Upon arriving to the scene, Marco found that he could only feel anger and irritation. The captain hurried over and tried prying the pirate away from Charlot. "It hasn't even been five minutes since you left the ship, Charlot!" If Marco had been able to pry the pirate away, he stepped protectively in front of the resistance member. "How you've managed to stay alive this long is beyond me.." Gods, he hated this job.. "Get the fuck out of here," the akuma growled at the pirate. "I don't think anyone around here would mind getting rid of a little rat like you. And I can think of a couple of captains around here just dying for the chance to keel haul someone."
