He was so done. More done than a cookies left in the oven for seven hours. More done than a finished video game, getting played over, and over, and over, and over again. When they first arrived he had been tip toeing near the edge, falling down on his knees at some point, and even curling into a ball. But not he had rolled over the edge. There was no real way to explain how done Clyde Tudor was with all his guests.
"Uninvited is the first thing," Clyde snarled out of nowhere, stomping around in his room and waving around a clean towel. Before August had brought in towels and was folding them, and at first Clyde tried to explain to him that he was folding the towels wrong, and then suddenly he tore away and began stomping around the room, like a rampaging rhino who had yet to cause destruction.
The rhino was looking for something to kill.
"Uninvited!" He repeated with venom, swinging the towel around. Thank goodness it wasn't something lethal or he would have to replace some of the furniture in his room. "Uninvited guests don't stay for years!"
"It hasn't even been a year," August mused, holding a hand out for the towel.
"That's how terrible it is!" Without really paying attention to what he was doing, Clyde stomped over to August and handed him the towel. "Do you not understand!? That door Kenneth wrecked, it was custom made, but a wood worker who is two-hundred years dead!" Clyde spat. "I'll have to replace every door in this goddamned house!"
"Or, you could just have an unmatching door," August said as he folded the towel the wrong way.
He knew how to fold a towel. At first he enjoyed perturbing Clyde, but then he noticed Clyde hadn't ever mentioned that the towels were folded the wrong way. In fact, when Clyde took the towel from August, he had stated, "Let me show you how I fold towels."
August smirked lightly at Clyde. There were small things about the noble he learned every day.
He already knew when Clyde was upset, he waved his arms around. And stomped.
But never in front of his guests.
"Unmatching!?" Clyde screeched, "Unmatching isn't even a word! Don't get me started on the mattresses! I'll have to replace all of them! I hate teenagers!"
Laughter fell from August's lips and he shook his head. "All the mattresses Clyde? Surely all of them weren't going at it. Certainly not any of the Daniels, nor Kenneth."
"I don't care!" Clyde spat. "I'm burning all of them. All of them. Along with the blankets! I'm done, you hear me!? I'm kicking them out! No more!" Clyde stood up straight and crossed his arms, breathing heavily. "They're gone."
"You look like such a woman!" August laughed into a pile of towels.
Clyde took out a watch from his pocket, one that hung on a pendant, and flung it at August. It missed.

Even from down the wall as the two walked, it was easy to hear the sound of Clyde's complained. Both figures smiled, though one was soft and the other was a smirk that only those with a certain blood could muster. "He's complaining again," Kenneth mused as he stepped into place beside his father.
"Since when is Clyde not complaining?" Anderson smiled, his deep maroon eyes softening as he glanced over at his son. It pained Anderson to see his sons leave once again, but the ketsuki knew now that when they left, it wouldn't be for forever. They weren't running away and leaving him this time. But it will always hurt to see his children leave.
As they approached the bedroom, Kenneth could sense the way his sire's happiness wavered and flickered, like a small flame. The ketsuki paused for a moment, turning to Anderson. "So, will you be okay when we're gone?"
Anderson smiled softly again, reaching for the doorknob. "Don't worry about me, Kenneth. I'll be fine. Plus I have August and Clyde."
"You're not going to cry when we leave, are you?"
"No, of course not," the sire laughed softly, going to push open the door. Kenneth didn't feel like pointing out the lie; no doubt Anderson knew, but he didn't care all that much. "But I'm sure Clyde will."
The two stepped into the room. While Kenneth lingered near the doorway, Anderson couldn't help but drift over to his brother. Sometimes, one has to wonder if those two have built in magnets and are automatically attracted to each other. "Hello, brother~" Anderson chirped. "And hello, Clyde. Kenneth came with me here because he wanted to let you know that they're leaving."
As Anderson spoke, it was hard not to notice the shit-eating grin that curled Kenneth's lips. Perhaps he had had a bat on Clyde, finding the noble's complaints to be amusing. And found it to be the perfect time to mention that the group was, more than likely, packing up and getting ready to head out once again.

Clyde stared at Anderson in dumbfounded shock, and then he looked like he wanted to strangle someone. Instead of saying anything, he turned away from them all and stomped over to his little fireplace. August was laughing and he stood up and drifted over to Anderson, unable to ignore the magnetic pull. He wasn't satisfied till he had Anderson trapped in his arms. He knew Anderson would be sad his little mice were going away, but it wasn't as if they should be trapped under their arms. August felt that way about Anderson, too. But now he had his little mouse back. "Hello, my little mouse. Clyde has been very entertaining. He even was showing me how he folded towels."
"That's because-" Clyde grunted and cut himself off before whipping around to give Kenneth a distasteful glance. It wasn't as if Clyde could point out Kenneth did it on purpose. So, he did the next best thing: insult him. "That look on your face looks disgusting."
August let out a shocked laugh, "You must be entirely irritated if you insulted him outright."
"He's a terrible guest. I've decided, I'm going to sell my house," Clyde glanced over at Anderson. "Your child has tainted everything. I would ask you to burn it, Kenneth, but I think I would get more profit by selling it."
(I'm not sure if you want this yet: )
Before much of anyone could say anything else, a blur of movement dove into the room and then across it till a little ketsuki threw himself onto his father, letting out a small whimper as he clutched onto his clothes. Yes, poor little Kaleb was already crying.

"You'd get more money from your insurance if you let me burn down this dungeon-like home you have," Kenneth mused with a devious smirk, though he couldn't help but notice his mouse of a father burying his face into August's chest. "Come on, Clyde, everyone knows that."
But the smirk fell from Kenneth's face when he saw his sad little brother dart into the room. Anderson barely had enough time to pull away from his brother to scoop Kaleb up into his arms. "Kaleb, please don't cry," the father uttered softly, trying to pull his baby boy close. "Because if you cry, then I'll start crying. And that's not good because Clyde only likes to collect the tears of his enemies." Despite his attempt to lighten the mood, the sire had to bite back his own tears. Anderson hadn't seen his boys in years. And now they were leaving again. In a quiet voice, Anderson whispered, "You'll just have to come visit me, okay, Kaleb?"

"Not entirely," Clyde murmured in response. "Not when I ask you to burn down my home." His eyes flickered over to Anderson and Kaleb, his face shielding all emotion he felt, but there certainly wasn't happiness. In fact, he was remembering his own son. Luckily, Anderson pulled him out of that pothole with his snide remark. "Oh yes," Clyde spoke on the verge of purring, but quickly stopped himself from continuing on that tone, because then he would smirk, and smiling in front of Kenneth was the last thing he wanted to do. "I have an entire room dedicated to the tears of my enemies."
His brows fell and he turned his head to the side, Kaleb's sobs hitting his ears.
"D-Don't cry or I'll never be able to go," Kaleb whispered, holding onto Anderson tightly. He reached up to wipe his tears, and then he pulled out a bag he was carrying, presenting it to his father. "I-I... I got you a smart phone. I got one too, so we can face-time, and send each other pictures, and call each other every night. I hope you're more tech-savvy than Kenneth..."
Clyde sighed and walked over to his window, staring outside. If he wasn't selfish, he would point out that Anderson could leave with his sons, which meant August would probably follow. But he was afraid. They would already leave if they wanted, right? If he gave them the option... then what if they did leave?
He didn't want to be alone...

"Kaleb...," Kenneth growled quietly at his little brother's taunt. Technology had never been Kenneth's friend, and it was something he didn't want to become acquainted with. Kenneth doubted if his father even knew how to use a phone, let alone using the apps Kaleb mentioned-
"Of course," Anderson chimed, smiling brightly at his son but in the back of his mind, he wondered silently as to hiw his son acquired the money to purchase not one, but two smart phones. "I'll even send you funny pictures of Clyde so you can share them with your brother. And you can keep me updated on all the adorable little rabbits you own, right?" Yes, the sire knew now that he was probably going to be swarmed with pictures of rabbits and what not, but if that made Kaleb happy. Anderson pressed his nose into Kaleb's hair, smiling softly as he did so. "I'll call you every day, just to see how my adorable sons are doing." Dina doesn't know if they were sitting or not, but if they were, perhaps Anderson stood, trying to hoist up his son as he did so. "Do you or any of the little ones need help packing?"

Kaleb smirked at his brother's warning growl, and he was probably one of the few people that would smirk at a lion growling fiercely at him. He laughed lightly, and then his laughter grew at the idea of getting funny pictures of Clyde. He suddenly heard August's laughter, and he heard August said, "Look at his face!"
Yes, Clyde had flinched around to stare at Anderson in complete and utter horror.
And it was one of the funniest damn things August has ever seen.
"You will not!" Clyde finally managed to spurt out. "I swear on--on--" He didn't even know what to swear on. And he didn't even know how he would punish Anderson if he did such a thing, which made it all even that more amusing to August.
Kaleb laughed too, mostly because August had found it so funny. He grinned up at his father before kissing both his cheeks. "I helped them pack..." Kaleb, being self-conscious as he was, wondered if he was too heavy for his father to carry, so he tried to wriggle out of his father's grasp to hit the ground. "I couldn't possibly take a picture of all of them..." Kaleb smirked up at his father, about his rabbits.
He wasn't joking.
"Shoo," Clyde made shooing motions with his hands. "All of you, out of my room. Too many McCarthers. It's making me feel as if I should bleach the contents of my room."

Anderson had, perhaps, set his son down, only to reach for Kaleb's hand. "Come on, since Clyde's getting grumpy, how about you take me around to say goodbye to the little ones." Anderson dropped his son's hand and made his way to the door, only to stop in front of Kenneth. With a soft smile, Anderson asked, "Would you like to come with us?"
Kenneth shook his head. "No, that's alright. You two go on ahead." With a smirk, the ketsuki drifted his blood red gaze over to Clyde. "I think I'll stick around for a while, thank Clyde for all the hospitality and what not."
Anderson wasn't so sure. "Well, play nice you two." And with that, Anderson went to leave the room, whether or not Kaleb was going to follow him. Dina only had Kenneth stay back just in case August wanted to say goodbye to his vicious little nephew.

"Play nice?! Anderson-" Clyde cut himself off with an irritated huff. Shaking his head, Clyde walked towards the door, giving Kenneth a glare, "You're not welcome, and next time you decide to stay at my house, don't." Shaking his head, he turned and stepped out of his room. It wasn't only to escape Kenneth, but to find someone else he was worried about. He paused at the door and looked at Kenneth. "You're taking the tall, old blind thing with you, right?" He meant Gabriel. Without waiting for an answer, Clyde walked down the hallway and intended to find Edwin.
Kaleb had scattered after his father, tears already biting his eyes when his father began to leave him. He would cry even when he left, but hopefully he could keep that fact hidden. Probably not... Catching up to his father's side, he tried to reach up and hold onto his father's hand. "I got money from Kenneth. Whether he knows it or not doesn't really matter, does it?" A small smirk lined Kaleb's lips but he was only teasing. He let out a sniffle and looked down. "Elliot is going to miss you, too... Kenneth will too. He's just... better about it than me."
August smirked, walking over to Kenneth, glancing down at him. "Thank you, Kenneth. You've made him very happy. It's been a bit since I've seen him this happy..." Sadness pressed his brows for a moment. "He will miss you, too." A sigh left August and he shifted his feet, searching Kenneth's eyes. "I hope you realize that Anderson is to me what your children are to you. I am his older brother, but I raised him. I understand the sacrifices that someone must make for his children, but you have to take care of yourself..." August stepped forward and wrapped his arms around Kenneth. "You're strong, and I am proud of all that you have accomplished. I am glad you bridged the small gap between you and your father. This isn't a goodbye, because if I know Anderson, it might not be too long since we see you again." With a soft smile, August pushed his nose into Kenneth's temple, and then he stepped away, lightly tousling Kenneth's hair. "You'll take care of my little artist, won't you? Encourage him. I always wished I had been able to go further with that in my life.."
"You should hug your father before you leave. Don't make him initiate it. I think it will make him that much happier." A sigh left August and he stepped away, silently heading after Anderson and Kaleb if Kenneth didn't have anything else to say.

Dina still has to figure out why Gabriel, if he does, decides to travel with the group because she doesn't know.
"I'm sure Kenneth will try his best to hide his own tears. So that's why you have to stick close to your brother when you leave, alright?" Anderson couldn't help but laugh, trying to imagine his oldest son crying like he did when he was a child. Of course, Kenneth now was nothing like that small sickly child Anderson remembered. But at the same time, he still was. It was just a detail only a parent could see. The father held onto his son's hand. "Do you know where your brother's taking all of you now?"
It had been rather awkward to receive a hug from August, let alone the attention in general. The stubborn ketsuki was still cautious around his uncle, only because of their earlier altercation. But Kenneth did consider August's words, especially those regarding his father. Perhaps, perhaps he would do as August suggested. Alone now, it didn't take long for the ketsuki trail slowly after those who had left before him, only because he had nowhere else to go. But like the nosy little troll he was, Kenneth continued to check his bats, just to make sure those who were traveling with him were packing and getting ready.
And if Clyde wanted to see Edwin, the malaki was probably with his dad. And Richard, Dina is guessing, is probably with his adorable little grandsons.
